Arlington, VA (Summer 2018) – Rosenthal Properties announces Yume Sushi and Pure Barre have signed leases at Crescent Falls Church, located at 2121 N Westmoreland Street in Falls Church, Virginia.
Yume Sushi occupies 2,019 square feet and Pure Barre occupies 1,960 square feet.
Billy Orlove, Director of Leasing at Rosenthal, is excited that these concepts have chosen to operate side by side. “We believe Yumi Sushi serves the same demographic as those who will be frequenting Pure Barre. Both are health-conscious concepts that complement each other nicely. I’m thrilled we were able to find two tenants who will serve the surrounding community well.”
Nora Foley, Billy Orlove, and Jane Le of Rosenthal Realty represented the landlord on the deals. Yume Sushi was represented by Shahin Yavari of Keller Williams Realty and Pure Barre was represented by Jason Flippo.
Yume Sushi is a locally owned and operated sushi restaurant.
Pure Barre is operating as a fitness studio and the largest barre franchise in the nation. It specializes in a total body workout that uses the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques.
